I first trained with Steven Raj in 2009. We initially did strength training sessions twice a week before I moved on to focus exclusively on Yoga, Pilates and spinning.
Now that I am in my 70’s with joint issues, I realised the need to overcome sarcopenia, which is muscle loss typically associated with aging. I knew I had to get back to resistance training.
I was fortunate Steven could fit me into his schedule for regular bi-weekly sessions. He has designed an appropriate exercise plan for me, taking into consideration certain limitations with my mobility. He is very patient and more importantly, is knowledgeable of exercise physiology.
